CABIN CREW RELATIONSHIPS
Family, friendships, love matters, and advices on relationships

Justin and I started out as friends way back in college. We were blockmates (we both took up BS Entrepreneurship). We didn’t know that we would both fall in love ‘cuz we were in the same group of friends and I was too focused on my studies, but he pursued me and won my heart. He was my first boyfriend (and praying that he’d be my last).
Finally, 8 days before our graduation rites in college, one of our closest friend invited us to apply for a cabin crew position at Cebu Pacific. We had no idea what we were about to do but we tried our luck. It never crossed my mind that I would be applying for this kind of job. We were both hesitant to apply but we both did it, we passed the grand hiring; passed the rigorous training for more than 2 months and we both graduated from training as Class Valedictorian and Class Salutatorian.
Fast forward to 2017, we have been flying for more than 2 years now and we’ve been together for more than 5 years.
By sharing our love story and how we started flying, I hope that those people who would read this will be inspired and would believe that being in a relationship is not a hindrance in achieving your goals. Help each other, inspire each other and when the other one is feeling weak, hold his hand; help him get up. You are not in competition with your partner. You are not a hindrance. You are each other’s tool in achieving your dreams. Be each other’s strength.
And last but not the least, this is what we always say to each other “Let’s do this team!” Cuz we got each other’s back. Always.
