CebGo Cabin Crew Batch 9 Graduation Rites

Last Friday October 12, a new set of cabin crew took the skies! This is CebGo batch 9! All 23 of them confidentally and emotionally received their much deserved certificates and wings in an intimate Hollywood themed graduation event held at the Cebu Pacific Airline Operations Center. They were trained by MJ and Kish!

We indeed look forward to graduations as this is where we do all hear their individual stories, like the challenges they went through, and their full efforts in order to become a CebGo cabin crew.

Graduates are now complete.

CebGo's Vice President for Inflight Services Ms. Peluchi Reloj addresses her graduates.

The moment they had all waited for, the moment where they will officially become cabin crew after all the dreaming and hard work.

It was indeed an emotional moment as each graduate received their wings.

Receiving first their certificates...

...and then their wings. Each are now full fledged cabin crew!

Each marched in front with so much pride and joy as they received their wings.

As the rest lined up to all witness their batchmates get pinned before going infront.

Others were overwhelmed, others were in disbelief that they are soon finally flying, and some were simply all smiles!

For some, it was absolutely an emotional moment. Once a dream and a prayer is now a reality.

The class top 3! They got scores of beyond 99%! That means they only had 1 mistake throughout the duration of their training.

Each had a photo with their proud parents on stage.

And now, the valedictorian who scored a 99.6%!

The batch then had a class picture with their trainors MJ and Kish, trainors at CebGo, and their management team.

Of course, a Cebu Pacific/CebGo graduation is never complete without a dance number!

The music for their dance number is usually based on the overall theme of their graduation.

Can anyone guess the song by just looking at this picture? Clue, the artist is an 80s icon.

Well, right after the dance number, the CebGo management surprised Ms. Peluchi Reloj who was celebrating her birthday today.

Ms. Maureen Pilar Reloj, fondly known as Peluchi, was a former Philippine Airlines flight purser before becoming a Vice President for Inflight at CebGo. Who said there's no growth in becoming a cabin crew?

Unfortunately, much of the videos we took that same day were erased while being transfered to our laptop. Many of those that were erased contained interviews, the pinning moments, and highlights. Our apologies to batch 9 for this. We will see what we can do to make the most of the remaining videos we still have that were not affected. We will be posting this on our YouTube account FlyhighManilaTV.
