Recruitment is actually only 5% as compared to an airline's training program. Apparently, many aspirants prepare more for the recruitment process than the actual training wherein they should actually prepare more for the latter. An airline's cabin crew training program is simply like one whole college term packed into 2 to 3 months of hard core studying and drills.
