To all who have dreams of becoming a Saudia cabin crew, we just want to inform you that IPAMS is the only accredited recruitment agency of Saudia. The good news is, IPAMS already accepts walk-ins for initial screening for those who want to be Saudia flight attendants. So yes, all you have to do is to follow all IPAMS instruction on how to apply for Saudia. Well there is another news.
IPAMS confirmed that this is just for initial screening and that there are still no scheduled interview dates or immediate hiring for Saudia as of this writing.
Wait, does that mean that you should not apply first and just wait? Well first and foremost, it's better to be first because we are pretty sure that once IPAMS announces a specific interview schedule or assessment day, they would be flooded with resumes. There might even be a chance where they might be able to hit the required number of qualified flight attendants for training even before they reach your resume. So we do highly suggest that you already pass and go through initial screening already.
So based on the IPAMS website http://www.ipams.com, you have to first register yourself at the JOB SEEKERS section. After which, you will have to follow these steps:
After you have registered and applied online in the JOB SEEKERS page, you will need to print the application form which you must bring with you when you report for initial screening.
Report immediately at the IPAMS Office for your initial screening. You need not wait for an IPAMS Officer to contact you for your initial screening. You can go right ahead and start your preliminary interview. IPAMS is open Mondays to Fridays 8:00am - 6:00pm. You must bring with you the following documents:
You need to be in proper business attire when reporting at the IPAMS office for your initial screening. Female applicants must come in blouse & knee-level skirt, with or without corporate coat, hair tied and pulled away from face, light make-up. Male applicants must come in long sleeves shirt with necktie, with or without corporate coat.
It also says that open days follow a whole different step but as of now, there is none yet in schedule.
So we highly encourage our cabin crew hopefulls to go and take action. Go through the initial screening already. If you make it, IPAMS will notify you about the next step.
We are posting this just for information purposes for the benefit of everyone. Everything you read here are from the official IPAMS website. Flyhigh Manila is not liable for any changes Saudia or IPAMS make which are not indicated here so we do highly encourage you to also "do your homework" before making any major decision. Good luck and act soon! It's always better to be early.
